The site describes our studio, our work, and the services we offer. Everything on it is for general information. It is not an offer, a quote, or a promise of any specific result. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this site.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, brand, and design are owned by CoolHax Labs unless stated otherwise. You may view and share it, but you may not copy, resell, or misrepresent it as your own. For work we deliver under a signed agreement, ownership of the deliverables passes to the client on full payment, as set out in that agreement.

Products and links

We link to our own products (such as Jobtune, Astrika, and Holt) and to third-party sites. Products are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us to scope a project is treated as confidential. Where you need it in writing, we sign a mutual NDA before discovery.
